Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy (Paid Tours)

If we receive a tour cancellation request at least 48 hours before your tour start time, then you will receive a full refund.

If you send a cancellation request within 48 hours of your tour start time, then we will be unable to issue you with a refund as we will still need to pay the guide regardless.

Customers will also receive a full refund in the event of cancellation due to extreme weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by email to inquire about a cancellation at: [email protected]

Please note: every refund request will be looked at on an individual case.

Change of Circumstances Policy

If any problems happen during the tour then we will quickly look for a solution on the spot. For example: All trains to Dachau have been cancelled. The solution could be to find an alternative route or to book a taxi instead. Alternatively, we can offer to do a Third Reich walking tour through Munich. Tour costs can be recalculated afterwards and a refund issued for the remaining amount.

What’s important to us, is that your limited time on holiday is not wasted. We’ll always try to figure it out a solution together with you.
